Molarity of Solution 1 x Volume of Solution 1 = Molarity of Solution 2 x Volume of Solution 2

First of all, I think you mean .5 Liters?

(6M)(V) = (.15M)(.5L)

V = .0125 L x 1000 mL / Liter = a. 12.5 mL
