Based on
structural classification, a neuron that has one axon and one dendrite is
called bipolar neuron. They are specialized sensory neurons for the
transmission of senses like sight, smell, hearing, taste and vestibular
functions. In addition, this neurons are the primary components of the central nervous system that
exist in a number of different sizes and shapes, which can be classified by
