4x - 16 = 2x + 6
4x - 2x - 16 = 2x - 2x + 6
2x - 16 = 6
2x - 16 + 16 = 6 + 16
2x = 22
x = 22/2 = 11

so m <ABT = 4(11) - 16 = 44-16  = 28 degrees Answer
