How did weber describe the thought patterns of the members of traditional societies?

Max Weber was a German sociologist born in 1864 and died in 1920, who described the thought patterns of the members of traditional societies that people in these societies pass on the same values and beliefs they held from one generation to another generation making it a pattern.
