Unit rate = 3/8 : 1/6

We can also write this as:

3/8 / 1/6

Flip the 2nd fraction and multiply:

3/8 * 6/1

Multiply the numerators and denominators together:

18/8

Simplify by dividing the numerator and denominaotr by 2:

18 / 2 = 9
8 / 2 = 4

So we have:

9/4
