You can find the range by finding the difference between the highest and the lowest numbers in the set of numbers. Below I have put the numbers from greatest to least.

14, 35, 38, 46, 58, 62, 62

Now we need to take the biggest number and subtract the smallest number from it.  Since 62 is the biggest and 14 is the smallest we will find the difference from these numbers.

62 - 14 = 48
