You should start off by saying I will be comparing ..... and ...... Something similar between them is ..... Sonething different is ....
1. Decide on a structure 
2. Outline your essay
3. Outline your body paragraphs based on Subject-Subject comparison
4. Outline your body paragraphs based on Point-Point comparison
5. Outline your body paragraphs based on compare then contrast 
6. Organize your individual body paragrphs
