step 1

Find the slope of f(x)

we have

f(2)=4

f(3)=-1

so

that means, that we have the ordered pair (2,4) and (3,-1)

Find teh slope

m=(-1-4)/(3-2)

m=-5/1

m=-5

step 2

Find the slope of g(x)

we have

g(2)=6

g(-3)=7

so

(2,6) and (-3,7)

Fimd the slope

m=(7-6)/(-3-2)

m=1/-5

m=-1/5

step 3

Compare the slopes

The slopes are opposite reciprocal

that means, theat the lines are perpendicular
