Chris has a job selling newspapers every morning. He receives a base pay of $10 per day and also gets 15 cents for every paper he sells. One morning he made $16.45. How many papers did he sell?

16.45-10=6.54
6.45÷.15=43
he sold 43 newspapers that morning
