Caroline was out at a restaurant for dinner when the bill came. Her dinner came to $22. After adding in a tip, before tax, she paid $25.08. Find the percent tip.

25.08 - 22.00 = 3.08 $3.08 = 308 cents
308 cents / 2200 cents ($22) = 0.14
0.14 = 14%
