The perimeter is 4x + 14

1.) 3x - 5 + 2x + 19 - x

2.) look for like terms: 3x - 5 + 2x + 19 - x

3.) simplify 3x + 2x - x = 4x -5 + 19 = 14

so the answer is 4x + 14
