Perimeter is the outsides added together. So you simply need to add the length and the width.

First, let’s figure them each out.
3/3=1 1 is your length.

5/3=1.6 (repeating).

Now, add them.
1+1.6=2.6 (repeating)

Your answer is 2.6(repeating.)
