Good Morning! A strong-mayor is a type of mayor-council consisting of a system operated by the executive and legislative (unicameral). This type of council has the power to autonomously appoint or deny department heads without popular approval. In this model municipal accounts are controlled. Moreover, in such a model a chief of staff is appointed to oversee the instituted departments, acting as a local administrator. Hugs!
