Thanks to the increased availability of transport systems (e.g. steam boats, railway systems), American suburbs grew rapidly in the post-World War II era. These things made the supply of goods and services to different states in the US. Aside from goods and services, information dissemination also became easy for these suburban areas helping them grow rapidly.
