a- MC is 5
[tex]10 \div 2 = 5[/tex]





b- h is 12
[tex] {x}^{2} + {5}^{2} = {13}^{2} \\ x {}^{2} = 13 {}^{2} - {5}^{2} \\ {x}^{2} = 169 - 25 = 144 [/tex]
[tex]x = \sqrt{144} = 12[/tex]




c- the area is 60
[tex](10 \times 12) \div 2 = 120 \div 2 = 60[/tex]
